I must admit that I got caught in a very light rain shower just before I got suited up. What I found, after three hours of constant rain in 55 degree weather, was that my legs, mid calf down were slightly damp. They were not soaked. I had no rain in my boots…this was the first time I put on the suit. I stayed warm, despite the chilly rain. I think the suit works very well. The two piece design gives you some wiggle room. The yellow kept the big trucks away. I look forward to the next rain storm—only so I can compare/improve my results.
