This item must be a clearance item from the Sportsmans Guide since it is so well built and sturdy. There is no way that this was intended to be sold for $25 and I don't understand how they can ship a box this big and this heavy for $9. I opened the box and found several pieces of black powder-coated metal with a couple of bags of screws, nuts, washers and an allen wrench. This thing went together in around 20 minutes and directions were easy to understand. One thing I wasn't too pleased about was the self-tapping screws that I threaded into my truck's bed to hold the brackets in place but once I made the commitment I haven't regretted it at all. I should mention that I purchased this for a 2006 Toyota Tundra with "double cab" (four doors) and I had to modify it slightly to fit. I am not sure if it fits full-sized American truck beds but for my purpose I had to trim about 1 inch off each end of the pivot bar so it would fit into the brackets between the most rearward truck bed pillar.
Today I had to go pick up a camper and I took all of the tools that I thought I might need and placed them into the baskets. I had extension cords, power saws, cordless drill, socket set, hammers, prybars etc... in there and it was probably close to 100 lbs of stuff. When I got to the location I raised my tonneau cover, opened my tailgate, pulled the handle up and rotated all of that stuff easily onto the tailgate! There was a neighbor watching and they immediately came over to ask about this system. I had to brag and tell them how cheap it was! One other issue I had was that one of the brackets that the assembly pivots on had holes that wouldn't accept the pin that was supplied with the kit. I fit the other 5 pins without any problem but had to run a drill bit through the one bracket to clear out a tiny bit of metal/powder-coat that was stopping the pin from going through.

The delivery time was about 5 days from order date to UPS dropping it off at my door.

I am extremely happy with this purchase! I was originally looking for an item that would hold bags of groceries, boxes of stuff or just the tools that I like to carry with me from sliding around the back of the truck. I saw some solutions that slide in rails and cost about $200 but this one had everything I needed and cost $35 delivered. It does remove from the brackets if needed and you can also remove each of the two baskets individually. The baskets are about 2ft by 3ft each. The mesh or wire frame hole size is quite large and smaller objects will slide through if not contained in something else. I lined one basket with a moving blanket to hold all the smaller items in place.

This is my first review on Amazon and I hope it helps someone when they are looking at this product :) I may even post a picture or two if I get around to it.
