I've been running this for a while now. It seems to work quite well. I installed a digital volt meter to monitor my electrical system because of past problems. This unit seems to be holding up well and puts out fairly steady voltage in the 14v range (+- .5). By splicing in some wire and making an aluminum adapter plate I was able to replace the stock unit on my Buell Ulysess. Now I can use this common replacement at a lower cost and it's easier to find.
