30 minute install time might be a bit optimistic (took me nearer an hour), but the instructions were good.
Dimensioned drawing to cut the trim panel under the fuel tank was dead solid perfect.
Found it easier to grind a radius on long edges of bolt plates than to open up holes in car frame.
Had a bike rack and 2 bikes on hitch (total about 100 lbs), rock steady at 65-75 mph.
