Installed these on a 2008 CRF450X. Bought these as a back up pair while my stock ones were being repaired. The fit was a little tighter than stock because they are much bigger radiators, but all the holes lined up and all the hoses fit. I was even able to use them with Works Connection radiator braces. I put 7 hrs on the bike in one weekend, all low speed high RPM riding and it never overheated (which had been a problem with stock radiators). The sidewalls are thick (3mm) and sturdy. The aluminum was polished nicely. My only complaints are the sidewalls looked like they were traced and cut out by hand (cosmetic only, all the holes were in the right location), and the holes inside the fitting tubes didn't line up very well. Flow may be restricted a little, but they still functioned better than stock radiators. I don't plan on taking these off and putting my stock radiators back on. They aren't perfect, but for $90 vs $500, you can't beat these radiators.
