The A/C wasn't working in the front part of my truck but it worked fine in the rear. Did a little troubleshooting under the dash to make sure it wasn't a diverter door and figured out that it must have something to do with this valve. I am a do it yourself type of guy so I had the A/C system evacuated at the local oil change store then replaced the valve myself. I made sure to put new seals in it and then refilled the system with freon and added a little bit of lube to be on the safe side. Took several hours to fill the system, but once I got good pressures I had icy cold air blowing out of all my vents. It's been several months and it's still going strong. The part matched the part I removed exactly so I had no issues with the install.
