General Tools P495-1N 9mm Seeker Camera Probe 3.28-Feet Long Review

I bought this in addition to the DC100 Seeker wireless bore scope because it fits through a spark plug hole to inspect engine cylinders.
It fits, and also with the mirror attachment. I was able to identify a piston and a cylinder and the edge of a valve.
But... the resolution was too low to determine the condition of anything. And the LED lights created a glare spot in the center of the frame instead of a nice flood of light.
The original probe on the Seeker was not much better.
I returned it.

I got this because the old shift knob on my car has been getting old due to wear and tear with some scratches and the face of the knob was not there anymore. When i got this it felt great. it is leather but when it gets hot or your hand gets sweaty it still feels cool. fits good in the hand all though not as heavy as my last one but its only noticeable when its not installed. the bolts on the top are a nice finish and its easy to install. 5 minutes max

ACDelco SK1035 Fuel Level Sensor Review

Part worked as advertized. If one is at least somewhat maintenace inclined its a relatively piece of cake to change. All connectors worked as indicated by the VIN numbers listed. The dealer wanted $327.00 to change, so, for the purchase price and a little effort, that's a huge savings. I removed the fuel cap, discnnected the battery, had the kit to releive the fuel pressure but did not need it, hardly no fuel vented at the manifold valve. You can borrow those from the parts stores, Auozone & etc, you will need to leave a deposit. I used an oil drain pan to dump the fuel in when I removed the Pump, you will need it handy. Summary, no spills big thrills,(saving a bundle), an my wife is happy, what esle is there?
